Delivery Cost?
A Standard Delivery charge of
5.50 + VAT is added to all orders weighing under 25kg being delivered to mainland Ireland.. For orders more then 100 free shipping applies.

Delivery Time?
At IShine Ireland. (, we aim for next day delivery for orders received before 15:30 pm on any working-day (Monday - Friday excluding Bank Holiday’s) should be delivered the next business day before 5:30 pm (assuming the ordered items are all in stock).

Orders taken after 15:30 pm will be processed and dispatched the very next working day. Any order made on a Friday after 15:30 pm will be processed and dispatched on the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday. If Monday is a bank holiday, the order will be dispatched on Tuesday for a Wednesday delivery.

Though every effort is made by I Shine Ireland & the couriers to achieve next day delivery, the standard delivery charge does not guarantee this goal.

I Shine Ireland relies upon the services of a third party courier. There are unfortunately a few occasions when the couriers fail to perform the service that they are required to do. Though this happens rarely, it does occur and we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an item.

It is not always possible to manage next day delivery to non-mainland addresses. This is dependent on the accessibility of your address.

Who is our courier?
For orders to be delivered within the Ireland mainland, the courier used will be dpd (, you should arrange for someone at your address to be in and sign for the parcel on the expected delivery date. Where a parcel cannot be delivered, (e.g. no-one at home), a card will be left by the courier with a telephone number to call and the address of the depot where your parcel has been placed. You can call the depot and arrange a new delivery day directly with the couriers.

Tracking your parcel?
When your order is dispatched you will receive an email confirming your order is being delivered  (EMAIL ADDRESS MUST BE SUPPLIED FOR THIS SERVICE). In most cases, the email will have a Tracking number. If you are worried about where your order is, you will be able to view the status of your delivery by visiting the couriers website and entering your tracking number in the Tracking  box. Please follow the instructions on your email.

If you do not have a Tracking number on your email, please don't hesitate to give us a call on (+00)
353 89604 8383 the day after you expected to receive your parcel if you still have not received it. We will inquire as to the where abouts of your parcel and advise you of our findings. Unfortunately, we may not be able to check on the status of these parcels on the day of expected delivery, but we will look into it and expect to get back to you on the following day.

Occasionally parcels are delayed due to poor addressing/sign posting. We may need to give dpd (  your telephone number in case they need to contact you regarding the delivery. This information will not be kept by or used by any other third party.

If your products have been damaged?
If the goods are damaged upon receipt please specify (any damage in the box of the parcel) that when you sign for the reception. Afterwards, please call us on
